Etymology

人(사람) + 言(말) — 사람의 말이 진실함, 약속을 지키는 신뢰와 성실함

說文: 誠也。從人從言。

믿음은 보지 못하는 것들의 증거이며, 의인은 믿음으로 산다. 하나님은 신실하시므로 우리도 믿음으로 응답한다.
